It's been a little while since Dan and I have had the chance to go outside and explore. The Oregon weather has been quite dreary with the constant gray cloudy skies and the seemingly never-ending threat of rain. When we can't take it anymore, we don our coats and hats and head out.
A couple of weeks ago, we skipped work on Friday and headed to the Newport Aquarium. They had this amazing aviary that you could walk through and see the birds in an open setting. Puffins, amazing little birds with lots of personality. The guy above let me get about 2 feet away from him.
